My impact is helping others make theirs.

Over three decades, I’ve worked in a rich variety of spaces to collaboratively craft strategic plans, facilitate retreats for boards and staff, write speeches, articles, and obituaries, and present to students, skiers, Secretaries of State, and the largest women’s network in the world. 

I’ve also raised two great humans, provided end of life care for my father, and sat beside friends through indescribable loss as well as tremendous celebrations, including as the officiate for two marriage ceremonies.

I've observed an increasing need for folks to have a highly capable and emotionally intelligent partner in their corner — whether they are leading organizations, attending to relationship and family responsibilities, or seeking meaning, purpose and fulfillment in the third third of life.
